Overview
Wind turbines
We supply and install small iSTA-BREEZE® wind turbines alongside a PV system or on their own: wind works at night and in winter, when the sun is weak. The WindSafe series has a tilt device: in strong gusts and extreme weather the turbine tilts automatically and protects itself from overload. The generator is three-phase, permanent-magnet, gearless and maintenance-free; the blades are carbon fibre, Ø 2.10 m; charging starts at about 3 m/s and noise is 40 dB(A). Two systems: grid feed-in (2000 W / 230 V on-grid inverter, plug & play, VDE certified) and self-consumption (charge controller + 24/48 V battery). Masts are galvanised, hinged, 4–10 m.

System 1

Turbine + 230 V on-grid inverter. The energy is metered and sold under an offtake contract or offset against your consumption where net metering applies.
System 2
For self-consumption
Turbine + charge controller + battery (LV/HV). Energy is stored and used in the evening and during outages. Combines with PV in one hybrid system.
